1 - Conditions of recovery

You can return us your products in perfect condition in its original packaging NOT USED, not torn, not damaged and not dirtied and in perfect condition of RESALE, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.

The shoes used can not be returned or exchanged.

We can take that products returned in their entirety (accessories, manuals, bags, etc ...).

Also thank you to send a copy of your invoice or delivery.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

For products not comply with these conditions : Reimbursement shall be refused or accepted with a 20% discount on agreement of our after-sales service, the re-shipment shipping costs will be charged to you.

Return costs (from home to home) will not be refunded.

2 - Exchange

As part of an exchange, thank you to specify the references you want to replace the returned item and adjust the price difference. Please enclose a check for € 6.90 for re-shipment to cover additional shipping costs (valid for products less than 5kg, otherwise contact us by mail).

3 - Repayment

For payments by credit card, Paypal and blue E-card, the refund will be made after the processing of your return. As of the date of confirmation of payment, you must still take about 48 hours for it to be effective on your account.

In the case of payment by check, you will be refunded by check.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, please send us your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we proceed to the reimbursement of your products.

4 - An error was made in your order

Send photographs of the product concerned highlighting the problem identified, and  the parcel received. Describe the state of the package: it was damaged, open or stuck by the carrier? We will process your request as soon as possible.


1 - Warranty period

The guarantee excludes irregular or abnormal use of the products (particularly in the context of the rental, the competition, the workplace or in case of modification of the product of origin), the defects or the specific subject of a special mention on the datasheet.

At least 1 year on all products except:

replacement of consumables, wear parts: oarlock, wheel, cables, ducts trays, ...
abnormal use and non-compliant products:
Textile: failure to comply with washing instructions, ...
Damages covered by a specific mention in the datasheets.
The consequences of the improper use for which the product is intended (professional, collective ...).

2 - Application of a warranty

Expose us by mail at the following address: the problem you are having and the circumstances in which it occurred. All elements illustrating the more precisely your problem are useful: precise description, photos, videos, ...
